An upgraded test line room for a constant product development
In July 2019 we have completley renewed our test line room with advanced instrumentations in order to perform complete tests, in compliance with the latest EU regulations.
Our asyncronous electric motors in the 120W÷30kW power range are tested on benches equipped with Siemens motors and related Sinamics inverters with forced cooling energy recovery and by inductive effect torsometers.

The electronic instrumentation, controlled by a PC control panel, allows to implement all the instructions to perform the complete test of asynchronous single-phase and three-phase motors and more precisely
- no-load test
- nominal power test
- Rotor test blocked
- heating test in mode S1 - S3 - S6
- measurement of the Mechanical Characteristic with Revolutions/Torque curve acquisition
- maximum torque measurement
The software also implements the procedures for the calculation of efficiency in accordance with IEC60034-2-1 for asynchronous three-phase engines. In particular, the following will be calculated:
- iron losses
- copper losses
- rotor losses
- ventilation losses
- friction losses
- additional losses
- standard efficiency
- final correlation coefficient
