We are pleased to present our Social Responsibility Report, which this year is enriched with new content and analysis tools, confirming our commitment to transparency, innovation, and sustainability.
Among the main innovations of this edition, the adoption of the European VSME standards, introduced in 2024 and specifically developed for Unquoted PMI. Inspired by Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), These standards aim to strengthen corporate transparency and accountability towards investors and stakeholders, through the collection and communication of accurate and verifiable data.
In our document, these indicators are easily recognisable thanks to the presence of the European flag accompanied by its reference code. Among the main areas monitored are, for example:
the Social performance, with particular attention to protecting people's health and safety
the environmental performance, which include energy efficiency, the use of renewable sources for electricity generation, water consumption, and waste management
The 2023 Financial Statement This also confirms growing business stability, highlighted by the economic, social, and environmental indicators that we constantly monitor. The focus on themes of’inclusion and gender equality This is accompanied by a strong connection to the local area, evidenced by the local presence of our employees and collaborations with schools, associations, and other social entities within the community.
After Eight years of publication, this report confirms itself as a fundamental tool for analysing the results achieved, identifying new opportunities for improvement and strengthening our positive contribution to the fabric social, economic and environmental.
