Introducing QR codes on our motors, for smart data traceability

 

For a week now, we have implemented a new service for customers and all users of our motors. We have introduced a new product identification system that can be accessed via a QR code applied to each motor. With just a smartphone, you can access an area where the standard documentation will be available, including the User and Maintenance Manual, CE certification, and the product sheet for each motor purchased. Additionally, a reserved level, accessible only to the original customer with their own password, will provide access to testing data and production references.

 

Each QR code includes the unique product identification code, the same one indicated on the metal nameplate, which is generated by our new end-of-line testing machines, integrated with Industry 4.0 standards. This means that even this final phase is connected to our MES (Manufacturing Execution System), the management system that coordinates all the company's operational, administrative, and strategic activities, optimizing performance.

The QR code traceability service reflects our company's commitment to customer responsibility, aimed at enhancing transparency and the sharing of information and knowledge, in line with our vision and history, where process innovation is the key identifying feature.
