In the B3 standard version the terminal box is normally located in the upper part of the motor. On request it is possible to have the terminal box on the right or left side of the motor. The position of the holes for cable entry can be adjusted by performing a rotation of the terminal box by 90° in order to allow the motor power supply from any direction. In standard versions the plastic conduits glands are included.

The threephase motors Nicolini & C can operate with nominal load and service when supplied at rated voltage within a tolerance of ± 10%. In case of voltage supply over the limits of tolerance, load and/or service must be adapted to changing conditions. Electrical frequency 50Hz or 60Hz are both allowed.
The variation of the frequency implies a change in the number of revolutions for which the values of torque must be corrected in proportion to maintain unchanged the workload of the engine. It’s advisable to check the values of current (amps) to keep the current within the limits specified in the motor plate. Voltage and frequency must be specified when ordering. The Nicolini & C’s motors can be supplied in according with voltage and frequency demanded by the client.
For singlephase motors voltages 240V. ÷ 220V. ÷ 120V. ÷ 110V. are available for both frequencies 50Hz or 60Hz
To meet the performance needs of the British area countries, Nicolini & C provides a variety of single-phase 240V 50Hz motors with efficiency that makes the motors particularly suitable for domestic use.
